Online Entry NPC Worldwide Swiss Spring Show
Online entries close March 31, 2026.
Fees:
- CHF 135 One class
- CHF 65 Each additional class (Crossover)
📌 Crossover entries: Competitors may compete in multiple classes - Either across different divisions (e.g., Classic Physique + Men’s Bodybuilding) or within the same division (e.g., Bikini Open + Bikini True Novice and/or Bikini Masters).
📌 Fit Model: Crossover entries within the same contest are not permitted. A change between divisions is only allowed from one contest to another.
📌 Backstage passes can no longer be purchased through the Muscleware contest registration.
Backstage Pass - Coaches / Support Persons
The backstage pass allows coaches to assist competitors with final stage preparations. It is not intended for family members, partners, or friends to remain backstage.
Effective 2026, backstage access is restricted to individuals holding a valid NPC Worldwide membership.
Fees:
- CHF 100 Backstage-Pass: Backstage access and venue access standing area
- CHF 250 Premium Backstage-Pass: Backstage access and reserved seating in rows 2 or 3 (limited availability)

📌 The backstage pass/wristband must be worn visibly at all times. Sharing, transferring, or altering passes is not permitted.
Music Posing Routine
A 60-second posing routine will be performed in the finals for the following divisions (Top 5 in Open and Top 3 in Junior, Masters, True Novice & Novice):
Women’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Physique, Classic Physique und Men’s Bodybuilding.
📌 Music Upload: After completing your online entry (including payment), you will receive a confirmation email from Muscleware containing your personal upload link (also check your spam folder).
Music Upload Requirements:
- Format: MP3 - Free online tools can be used for conversion, e.g., by searching “MP3 Trimmer”.
- Length: 60 seconds - If files are longer than 60 seconds, only the first 60 seconds will be played.
- Tracks shall not contain vulgar or inappropriate content.
- Deadline: March 31 - After this date, music uploads are no longer possible. No music will be accepted at check-ins.
- Uploading music on time is the sole responsibility of the competitor.

• 01:30 PM/02:00 PM Judging resumes
📌 The use of professional cameras and all external recording devices is strictly prohibited. Only smartphone photography and filming are permitted.
📌 Competitors may enter the venue only with their competitor wristband and fully covered tanning (no shorts or short-sleeve tops).
Backstage Rules
These rules ensure safety, organization, and fairness for all competitors.
- The backstage area is restricted to competitors, coaches/support persons, and ONE UP Events staff only and is controlled by security personel. It is not intended for family members, partners, or friends to remain backstage.
- Children are not permitted in the backstage area.
- Coaches/support persons (backstage pass) have access to the warm-up area only. Access to the stage gangway (area behind the stage) and the stage ramp (stage entry and stage exit) is strictly prohibited.
- Self-Tanning, the presence of pets, and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- The use of professional cameras and all external recording devices is strictly prohibited. Only smartphone photography and filming are permitted.
- Misconduct or failure to follow rules can result in revocation of backstage privileges and removal from the venue.
TAN & MAKE-UP.
- Self-tanning is strictly prohibited throughout the entire CAMPUSSAAL premises.
