For better readability, the masculine form is used in the following. The rules apply equally to male and female athletes.

Athletes who wish to participate in an NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier or Pro Qualifier must have an NPC Worldwide licence, which is valid from 1 January to 31 December of the respective year. The licence number must be noted by the athlete on every NPC Worldwide competition registration form. The licence will be checked by the promoter at the weigh-in\/check-in for each NPC Worldwide competition. The licence costs USD 55 and is paid for by credit card.

Regional Qualifier Rule<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Any athlete residing in Switzerland, regardless of nationality, is considered an NPC Worldwide athlete.<\/p>

Since 13 December 2023, all NPC Worldwide athletes residing in Switzerland are subject to the NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier rule. This requires participation in an NPC Worldwide Regional Qualifier in their home country before they are allowed to participate in an NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier.<\/p>

The qualification is valid for the respective calendar year.<\/p>

If an athlete wishes to participate in an NPC Worldwide Pro Qualifier that takes place before the first Swiss Regional Qualifier date, this is permitted provided that the athlete participated in a Swiss Regional Qualifier in the previous year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

All athletes are obliged to read the rules and to inform themselves independently and without being asked to do so.<\/p>
